Dallas Riley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Dallas obtained her undergraduate Nursing degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology. While there she assisted in the Nursing Laboratory and as a Student Nursing tutor to help fellow students achieve their education goals. Upon graduating with her BSN, Dallas worked full-time as an ICU nurse and part-time as an adjunct clinical instructor for Penn College. She then transitioned her career to work in Emergency Medicine and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner.

Dallas obtained her graduate degree from Wilkes University, Wilkes Barre Pennsylvania. She transitioned her career from bedside RN to Advanced Practice Nurse in Primary Care and Family Medicine.

Dallas Partnered with Michelle Hall to develop Hall & Riley Comprehensive Healthcare in an effort to redesign healthcare to a more patient-centered and holistic model.

Michelle Hall MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Michelle is a graduate of Columbia-Montour AVTS, where she began her career in healthcare. Michelle received her Diploma in Nursing from Lancaster General Hospital School of Nursing in 1996. Continuing to work full-time in critical care, Michelle was able to obtain her undergradate Nursing degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Finishing her Graduate studies at Chamberlain in 2018, Michelle began her career as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Family Medicine.

During her Graduate studies Michelle met Dallas Riley while working in a local Emergency Department. Dallas later became a student with Michelle for her clinical hours. The two have partnered together to form Hall & Riley Comprehensive Healthcare bringing healthcare back to what it should be.
